Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking energetic individuals to join our team. You’ll engage homeowners at local events and retail sites, starting conversations and representing trusted window brands.

You’ll focus on setting qualified consultations for Design Consultants and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You are encouraged to grow through coaching, adapt to various venues, and enjoy a strong, performance-based compensation structure including base pay, commissions, and travel

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently during shifts.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain, Wind).
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends.
