Job summary

Sanborn's Air Conditioning and Heating in Redlands is seeking a full-time Appointment Setter / Customer Service Representative to join the operations team. You will answer calls, schedule and confirm appointments, enter purchase orders, and process invoices while delivering friendly, high-quality service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience with a multi-line phone system. HVAC knowledge is a plus; Excel and QuickBooks help.

Sanborn's Air Conditioning and Heating is calling all organizational gurus in the Redlands, CA area to apply to join our team full-time as an Appointment Setter / Customer Service Representative!

This position comes with a competitive wage of $18 / hour and a Monday-Friday, 10 am - 7 pm schedule with remote on-call weekend schedule.
