Appointment Setter / Closer (Remote in North America)

Own the sales process—from lead generation to signed contracts.

Paige One Collective is a digital growth studio that helps scaling brands build strategy-first marketing systems. We work with founders and business owners ready to invest in content, paid ads, and funnels that actually move the needle.

We’re looking for a commission-only Appointment Setter / Closer who can take ownership of the entire sales pipeline. This is a fully remote role for someone confident in generating leads, booking qualified calls, and closing clients into high-value, long-term retainers.

What You’ll Do:

✓ Generate and qualify leads through self-directed outreach (email, DMs, social, etc.)

✓ Set and manage your own appointments

✓ Conduct discovery and sales calls with prospective clients

✓ Close leads into 6-month+ marketing retainers

✓ Coordinate with our team to ensure smooth client handoff post-sale

✓ Provide weekly reporting on lead status and performance

Who You Are:

• A proven closer with experience selling high-ticket service-based packages
• Fluent in marketing lingo—especially content, paid ads, and funnel strategy
• Capable of owning the full sales process from outreach to signed contract
• Organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven
• Comfortable operating independently and representing a high-touch brand
