Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Appointment Setter in Oregon and SW Washington to engage homeowners through outdoor community outreach and to schedule in‑home consultations with our Design Consultants. The role offers a strong base pay, uncapped incentives, a signing bonus after 90 days, and comprehensive benefits.

In this position you will travel locally, remain active outdoors, and use a touchscreen tablet to record data.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; customer-facing or community outreach experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Confident and approachable with excellent verbal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods throughout the day.
• Comfortable with local travel and working in a variety of outdoor environments.
• Ability to carry and operate a touchscreen tablet while on the move.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations.
• Share how our products can improve home comfort, energy efficiency, and beauty.
• Set up appointments for our Design Consultants to provide in-home consultations.
• Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details using a company-provided device.
• Partner with Inside Sales Center (ISC) team members to ensure appointment follow-through.
• Participate in team meetings and complete other tasks as assigned.

We are looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters. Benefits & Compensation

• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.
• Strong Base Pay + Incentives: Hourly rate with an increase after 90 days. Uncapped bonus opportunities; top performers can earn between $80,000‑$90,000 annually.
• Signing Bonus: $500 after a 90‑day introductory period.
