Job summary

West Shore Home in Mechanicsburg, PA is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a fast-paced, in-person role in our local call center. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, reconnect with previous customers, and schedule appointments for our In-Home Sales team.

You will educate customers on our bathroom, window, door, and flooring products, track interactions in Salesforce, and pursue daily and monthly targets with paid training and growth opportunities.

Multiple full-time shifts available, including daytime and evening schedules

Looking for a full-time opportunity with paid training, growth potential, and a team-focused environment?

West Shore Home is hiring Inbound Sales Representatives to join our Mechanicsburg call center team. In this role, you’ll speak with customers who have already expressed interest in our products and help schedule appointments for our In-Home Sales team — no cold calling.

This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales role focused on customer communication, follow-up, and appointment setting.

What You’ll Do
