Your Typical Shift

You’ll arrive at your assigned retail location with your own transportation, get set up, and be ready to greet customers as they pass by. Much of the day is spent on your feet, staying attentive and approachable, with steady periods of conversation. Between interactions, you’ll use your phone to enter information into an app, confirm appointment details, and keep your notes organized so nothing is missed. You’ll work independently, manage your pace, and wrap up by ensuring entries are complete and ready for the next step in the customer’s experience.
