Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, LLC is seeking a full-time Appointment Coordinator to be based in Westchester, IL. The role involves booking appointments across seven orthopedic offices and entering patient demographics and insurance data into NextGen and Athena systems.
The position includes about five weeks of in-person training at the corporate office, with the possibility to work remotely after training. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.

We are seeking a full-time Appointment Coordinator to be based out of our corporate office in Westchester, IL. This position is primarily responsible for working with patients/physicians/callers in a polite and helpful manner to book appointments for all seven orthopedic offices, enter demographic data, insurance information, and any other relevant information into the NextGen and Athena systems. An approximate five week in-person training will be conducted at the corporate office. Candidate will have the ability to work remote after in-person training in completed. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
Pay Range: $23.00 per hour. Compensation at MOR is determined by many factors, which may include but are not limited to, job-related skills and level of experience, education, certifications, geographic location, market data and internal equity. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
