Dynamic EcoHome in Texas is seeking an Appointment Confirmation Representative to join our sales-support team. This entry-level role focuses on confirming appointments and ensuring they run smoothly, with a strong emphasis on customer experience and operational efficiency.

You will work Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 6:00, with work-from-home on Saturdays. If you're organized, quick on your feet, and enjoy talking with people on the phone, this is a great fit to start and grow in a dynamic

What We’re Looking For: You’re organized, quick on your feet, and great on the phone. You like thinking a few steps ahead, spotting problems before they happen, and working with a team to hit big goals. You care about giving people a smooth experience and love when everything runs like clockwork.

What You’ll Own:

• Conduct timely and professional confirmation calls for all scheduled appointments.
• Keeping the sales calendar full
• Jumping in quickly to reschedule or adjust when needed. Their focus is making sure things run smoothly and appointments actually happen.
• Represent the company with confidence and clarity during all calls.

Appointment RepresentativeRequirements:

• Shift is Tuesday to Saturday 10-6 (WFH Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time: Tuesday to Saturday

Pay: Base $/hr plus weekly commission pay
