Work focuses on building autonomous systems that reason, plan, and act to optimize ads while balancing advertiser ROI and marketplace health. Collaboration across teams and hands‑on coding are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building machine learning models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, Python or related languages.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and ML techniques.

Responsibilities

• Define the science vision for agentic campaign management and translate it into delivery roadmaps.
• Build agentic systems that autonomously manage and optimize ad campaigns focusing on ROI and marketplace health.
• Define datasets and signals to train and evaluate these agents (advertiser and campaign data, signals, impressions, clicks).
• Write production‑quality, critical‑path code and build core components from prototype to launch.
• Own the agentic architecture, tool integration, and long-horizon reasoning with multi-agent orchestration.
