Job summary

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and science teams, run rigorous experiments, analyze results, and contribute to the team's scientific roadmap while mentoring others. A PhD or Master’s +4 yrs in CS/ML is preferred, with proficiency in Java/C++/Python.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of building models for business application experience.
• PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience in algorithms, data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms powering advertiser-facing AI experiences.
• Conduct applied research to extend or invent new approaches for complex advertising problems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and science teams to deploy solutions at scale.
• Analyze experimental results and system performance to identify improvements and tradeoffs.
• Mentor other scientists and contribute to the team's scientific roadmap.
