Job summary

Amazon Science is seeking an Applied Scientist to advance Generative AI and deliver production-ready systems at scale. You will own end-to-end research, experimentation, and the related product and user experience.

In this role, you will work on diffusion, 3D/4D generation, and multimodal GenAI workflows, collaborating with teams to push the state of the art while ensuring scalable, robust deployments.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree plus 4+ years in CS/CE/ML or related field.
• 3+ years building models for business applications.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python.
• Experience in generative models (diffusion, flow, transformers).
• Hands-on experience with image/video synthesis and editing techniques.
• Proficiency in PyTorch and modern DL toolkits (e.g., Hugging Face ecosystem).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end research and experimentation for the product.
• Apply advanced ML to Computer Vision, Multimedia Understanding and Generative AI.
• Build foundational tech stack for diffusion, 3D/4D generation, motion and camera control.
• Design multimodal GenAI workflows and tooling.
