The Responsibilities Of This Role Include
  1. Lead the development of core AI/ML models and algorithms that drive our product’s key use cases in the cybersecurity and observability domains.
  2. Collaborate closely with software engineers, applied scientists, and product managers to integrate generative AI solutions into our products and services.
  3. Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in AI/ML, and ensure these advancements are incorporated into our technology roadmap.
  4. Participate in cross-functional discussions and strategic decisions related to AI research directions and product roadmaps.
Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. PhD in Computer Science or a related field OR MS in Computer Science or related field with 2-3 years of industry experience
  2. Experience training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs)
  3. Experience with time series anomaly detection
  4. Proven expertise in AI/ML technologies, including deep learning, time series modeling, natural language processing, and unsupervised learning
  5. Knowledge and experience with Generative AI and LLMs
  6. Experience deploying large-scale models into production systems
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and translating research into practical solutions
  8. Proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and relevant programming languages
  9. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  10. Experience in cybersecurity or observability industry is preferred
