The Responsibilities Of This Role Include
  • Lead the development of core AI/ML models and algorithms that drive our product’s key use cases in cybersecurity and observability.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, applied scientists, and product managers to integrate generative AI solutions into our products and services.
  • Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in AI/ML, and incorporate these advancements into our technology roadmap.
  • Participate in cross-functional discussions and strategic decisions related to AI research and product development.
Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • PhD in Computer Science or related field OR MS with 2-3 years of industry experience.
  • Experience training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience with time series anomaly detection.
  • Deep knowledge and proven track record in AI/ML, including deep learning, time series modeling, NLP, and unsupervised learning.
  • Expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience deploying large-scale models from research to production.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, translating research into practical solutions.
  • Proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and relevant programming languages.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in cybersecurity and/or observability industry is preferred.
