Responsibilities

• Lead development of core AI/ML models and algorithms for cybersecurity and observability products.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and product managers to integrate generative AI solutions.
• Stay updated with latest AI/ML research and incorporate advancements into our technology roadmap.
• Participate in strategic discussions on AI research and product development.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science or related field, or MS with 2-3 years industry experience.
• Experience training and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Experience with time series anomaly detection.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML, including deep learning, NLP, and unsupervised learning.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Experience deploying large-scale models into production.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate research into practical solutions.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, and programming skills.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in cybersecurity or observability industry is preferred.

Base pay ranges vary by location, from $117,120 to $201,300 annually. This role offers flexibility, including remote work options. Compensation may include incentives, equity, or long-term awards.
