Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree with research experience in ML/DL.

• Proficiency in Java, C++, Python; hands-on ML engineering.
• Experience implementing algorithms and ML models in production.

Responsibilities

• Understand business challenges by analyzing data and feedback.
• Collaborate with product/tech teams on ML strategy, experiments and deployment.
• Analyze large structured and unstructured data to design ML solutions.
• Develop scalable deep learning models for real-world problems.
• Create analytics reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Research novel AI methods and publish results; contribute to production systems.
