Job summary

BluePill AI is seeking an Applied Scientist to build next-generation behavioral models for our AI Consumer Twins platform. You will model how people make decisions, identify influential variables, and translate cognitive science into scalable algorithms.

You’ll work at the intersection of cognitive science, statistics, and machine learning, collaborating with engineering and product teams to deploy research into production.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent research experience preferred.
• Expertise in computational modeling of human behavior and decision-making.
• Experience with Bayesian inference and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and modern scientific computing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop computational models of human decision-making and behavior.
• Translate behavioral science into scalable algorithms.
• Identify variables and interactions that influence decisions.
• Design experiments and analyses to test hypotheses.
• Build statistical and machine-learning models using behavioral data.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy research.
