Job summary

BlueConic is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our Product & Technology team. You will design, build, and productionize predictive and decisioning models that power real-time personalization and next-best actions for our customers.

You will apply causal inference and reinforcement learning techniques to optimize interactions, work closely with product and engineering to deploy scalable systems, and collaborate with customers on advanced analytics projects to drive measurable business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
• Expertise in causal inference techniques (uplift, counterfactual analysis, A/B).
• Hands-on reinforcement learning in real-world systems.
• Strong ML foundation with scikit-learn/XGBoost; Python engineering best practices.
• Experience taking models from experimentation to production.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and productionize predictive and decisioning models for real-time personalization.
