You will read recent papers, test approaches on our data, and decide what to deploy. Join a small, fast-moving team shaping the future of online decision making.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent research experience in a quantitative field.
• Experience training models on messy real-world sequence data.
• Strong knowledge of sequence learning, transformers, and embeddings; able to justify choices.

Responsibilities

• Build the first behavior model that turns raw session events into embeddings of visitor behavior.
• Detect buying intent during a session and group visitors into audiences for personalized pages.
• Read new research, experiment on our data, and publish notable findings when appropriate.
