Prime Intellect is building the open frontier AI stack with a focus on real Semiconductor design and verification workflows. The Applied Research role involves creating agents, environments, evaluations, and post-training systems using RL techniques and toolchains, while working closely with customers and research partners to advance frontier capabilities.

You will design rewards, run long-horizon experiments, and ensure that research results translate into reusable research and product

Qualificações

• Depth in RL, agents, or post-training systems and ability to become fluent in semiconductor workflows.
• Hands-on experience building and debugging model-training, post-training, agent, evaluation loops.

Responsabilidades

• Build agents, environments, evaluations, and post-training systems for real semiconductor design and verification workflows.
• Collaborate with customers, users, or research partners while pursuing a substantive research agenda.
• Design rewards and evaluations that balance correctness with tool efficiency and constraints.
• Develop interactive environments where agents use EDA tools to modify designs and debug failures.
