inDrive ищет специалистов по Data Science для разработки и внедрения динамических систем ценообразования. В задачи входит моделирование эластичности спроса, обработка неопределенности и развёртывание реальных ML-решений в продакшн.

Требуется опыт работы с Python/SQL, статистикой и методами оптимизации. Преимуществом будет опыт в экономическом моделировании, RL и онлайн-оптимизации.

Qualifications

• Требуется 3+ года опыта в Data Science, прикладных исследованиях или оптимизации алгоритмов.
• Сильные знания статистики, оптимизации и причинности.
• Умение переводить формулировку задачи в production-grade решения.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и улучшать политики динамического ценообразования, в т.ч. эластичность и модели спрос-предложение.
• Рассматривать ценообразование как систему принятия решений при неопределенности и задержке обратной связи.
• Разрабатывать, тестировать и разворачивать алгоритмы ценообразования в реальном времени.
• Дизайн и анализ A/B-экспериментов для оценки эффекта ценообразования.
• Productionize модели в командах инженеров, обеспечивая масштабируемость и устойчивость.
• Мониторинг производительности систем, включая устойчивость и долгосрочное поведение.
• Внести вклад в методологические решения: оптимизация, управление и подходы на основе RL.

inDrive operates a marketplace where riders and drivers negotiate prices directly through a bid-based pricing model. The marketplace serves millions of people across 1,100+ cities in 48 countries.

Задачи:

• Design and improve dynamic pricing policies, including elasticity and supply-and-demand response models


• Frame pricing as a decision system under uncertainty and delayed feedback


• Develop, test, and deploy real-time pricing algorithms


• Design and analyze A/B experiments to evaluate pricing impact


• Productionize models with engineering teams, ensuring scalability and robustness


• Monitor system performance, including stability, feedback effects, and long-term behavior


• Contribute to methodological choices, including optimization, control, and RL-inspired approaches

Требования:

• 3+ Years of experience in Data Science, Applied Research, or algorithmic product optimization


• Strong background in statistics, optimization, and causal inference


• Ability to move from problem formulation to production-grade solutions


• Proficiency in Python and SQL


• Experience with production ML systems


• Будет плюсом: experience with economic modeling (elasticity, auctions, policy design), familiarity with control systems, RL, or online optimization, experience with real-time, high-load systems
