Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a STEM field such as statistics, computer science, or engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in machine learning and AI.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models for marketing applications.
• Familiarity with financial services or digital marketing ecosystems.
• Hands-on coding experience with Python, PySpark, and SQL, including cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, especially for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with advanced AI techniques such as generative AI and recommendation systems is a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Applied Machine Learning Scientist II to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will focus on building advanced machine learning solutions that support consumer banking products and marketing outcomes. You will work with large-scale data to improve model performance, apply research-driven methods, and help translate analytical findings into practical business impact. The position partners closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure models, documentation, and governance practices meet organizational requirements.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,500 – $154,000 annually
