Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) seeks a Data Scientist to join the Data Analytics team in Jacksonville, FL.

The role covers the full data lifecycle for property and real estate reference data powering ICE's Fixed Income and Data Services products, with enterprise AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will move between hands-on data operations and applied model development, applying statistical judgment and delivering recurring data products to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Strong programming in Python and SQL with data science libraries.
• Hands-on Databricks/Spark experience and production data workflows.
• Experience with ML frameworks and data quality/reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own, validate, and maintain production data feeds and real estate datasets.
• Build, modernize, and automate SQL and Databricks workloads.
• Plan and run data migration and platform rollout testing; quantify differences.
• Develop, validate, and interpret statistical and predictive models; build visualizations.
• Contribute to enterprise AI initiatives from prototyping to productionizing models.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and client-facing teams to productionize data.
• Communicate methods and limitations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Document workflows and mentor junior team members.
