Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one direct instruction using ABA techniques.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist clients in acquiring functional skills across domains: communication, socialization, self-care, independence.
• Foster a supportive learning environment to promote engagement and independence.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to review progress and adjust strategies.
• Communicate updates to clients, families, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
