Job summary

Quid is hiring an Applied Analytics Specialist to drive end-to-end delivery of customer engagements across Connect and Predict. You will own programs from discovery through acceptance and ongoing monitoring, translating customer needs into technical requirements and coordinating with Engineering, Product, Outcomes Engineering, and Account Management.

• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering conversations with customers, translating business questions into technical requirements for Connect and Predict solutions.
• Own the delivery lifecycle of assigned customer programs, including planning, milestone tracking, scope control, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage customer expectations across the delivery lifecycle, including formal acceptance and sign-off of deliverables against agreed success criteria.
• Deliver basic automation work and configure existing solutions for customers using established Quid functionality and patterns.
• Flag build work that exceeds the scope of this role for appropriate resourcing, including production-grade complex workflows, custom Python analysis, and model development.
• Feed customer requirements for new or custom functionality back to Engineering and Product, acting as the technical translation layer between customer needs and internal build teams.
• Manage internal R&D projects alongside customer deliveries, applying the same delivery discipline to internal initiatives.
• Partner with Outcomes Engineering, Account Management, Engineering, and Product to ensure deliverables meet customer needs and Quid quality standards.
• Maintain technical documentation for workflows, dashboards, and processes to support handover, reuse, and team-wide knowledge sharing.
• Monitor deployed solutions, troubleshoot issues, and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and changing requirements.
• Monitor and track existing deliveries to ensure they continue to meet agreed success criteria.
• Contribute to standardisation and reusability across engagements, including templates, components, and internal tooling.
• Stay current with developments in the team's tool stack and propose improvements where they would benefit delivery quality or efficiency.

Compensation Range: 90-98k base + 10% bonus

Position Overview

The role owns end-to-end delivery of customer engagements across Quid's Connect and Predict product lines, acting as the single accountable point for assigned programs from customer discovery through to acceptance and ongoing monitoring. It translates customer needs into technical requirements and coordinates between customers and Quid's Engineering, Product, Outcomes Engineering, and Account Management teams. The role is expected to deliver basic automations and configure existing solutions, applying established best practices in naming, structure, and documentation.
