Job summary

NRnP Technology seeks an AI Project Manager – Platform Owner to own the end-to-end delivery of the company’s AI project portfolio. This senior IC serves as the hub for enterprise agents, AI applications, and consumer-facing experiences, ensuring milestones, resources, and scope are aligned across teams.

You will manage roadmaps, run structured sprints, coordinate vendors, and translate complex AI concepts into clear executive updates.

Qualifications

7+ years in project/program management in tech.
Experience managing 10+ concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, AI agents, RAG).
Hands-on with Jira/Asana/Monday.com or similar and Confluence/Notion.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to execs.
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) and CI/CD.
PMP, PgMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications preferred.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

Own master roadmap for all AI projects and platforms; ensure alignment with strategy.
Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, milestone reviews, and stakeholder demos.
Track blockers and dependencies; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
Maintain project docs (BRDs, TRDs, architecture decisions, runbooks).
Translate technical concepts for senior leadership; manage governance and quality.
