Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Software Engineer, Applied AI (Starlink) in Redmond, WA to build scalable web apps and micro‑services within a .NET/Kubernetes stack. You will contribute to Starlink’s digital experience, data monitoring, and outages management, collaborating across teams to enhance user experience.

The role requires a CS or STEM degree with 1+ years of full‑stack experience or 3+ years without a degree, plus strong expertise in Python/C#/React/ Docker/Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a STEM discipline with 1+ years of full‑stack experience; or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with modern web tech stacks and cloud/container orchestration.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, and building scalable services.

Responsibilities

• Develop well‑architected, responsive, and performant web applications.
• Deliver expert TypeScript React code for modern browsers.
• Full stack development in a .NET micro‑service architecture running on Kubernetes.
• Focus on monitoring and alerting to drive data‑driven decisions and observability.
• Collaborate with internal partners and other Starlink teams on architecture and reviews.
