Job summary

Titan in San Francisco or New York City is seeking an Applied AI Software Engineer to own the systems that run Titan's agents in production. You’ll move between partner-facing discussions and deep code work, translating ill-defined problems into reliable, scalable software.

You will build the agent harness, data pipelines, and backend infrastructure, guiding integrations, APIs, and agent workflows across the platform.

Qualifications

3+ years of engineering experience including partner-facing work.
Production-grade code in TypeScript, Python, or a comparable stack.
Built LLM applications or agents in production and understand how model behavior shapes the product experience.
End-to-end full-stack systems with strong backend fundamentals, data modeling, and reliability.
Experience shipping complex systems in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Excellent communication with partner stakeholders, engineers, and product managers.
Bonus: IT operations, MSPs, or infosec experience.

Responsibilities

Embed with portfolio teams to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
Architect and build integrations, APIs, and agent workflows on Titan's platform.
Build and evolve the agent harness and tools our AI agents run on.
Work with partner leadership to drive adoption and shape business outcomes across the portfolio.
Build the platform and software systems that scale future deployments.
Design evals that measure agent quality, then hill-climb our agents against them.
