Job summary

Talentify seeks a mid-level software developer in the Bay Area or San Diego to advance AI-powered capabilities for networking infrastructure. You will build agentic AI workflows with LangGraph, extend MCP servers, and enhance RAG-based knowledge retrieval using Python.

You should have 2–3 years of Python development and exposure to AI/ML tooling (LLMs, vector stores, agent frameworks). Collaborative, production-focused work awaits in a small team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of software development experience with strong Python fundamentals.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML tooling: LLM APIs, vector stores, RAG patterns, or agent frameworks.
• Able to prototype quickly and move toward production-quality code.
• Interest in networking or enterprise infrastructure domains; MCP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building and maintaining agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, designing and extending MCP servers.
• Improve the RAG pipelines powering our knowledge-retrieval systems, primarily in Python.
• Collaborate in a small team where ideas are valued and visible.
