Job summary

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI capabilities from prototype to production while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.

You should have a strong software background with hands-on experience evaluating, deploying, and integrating AI solutions into real production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a scientific discipline or 2+ years of professional software experience.
• 1+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Experience delivering AI-powered software products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable software applications used across the company with AI capabilities.
• Incorporate large language models and agentic systems into production systems.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from prototype to production for Applied AI features.
• Analyze users’ problems to uncover high-leverage AI opportunities.
• Architect production systems for agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
• Build evaluation frameworks and observability for AI quality, safety, and cost.
• Stay current with AI tech and best practices for production deployment.
