You will own end-to-end AI capabilities from prototype to production while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience delivering AI-powered features, strong software engineering fundamentals, and staying current with AI trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of software experience
• 1+ years of full stack development experience
• Hands-on AI model evaluation, deployment, and integration is a plus
• Experience delivering AI-powered features or products
• Strong Python/Java/C#.NET/Go programming background
• Experience with production systems using Docker/Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Develop reliable software used across the company
• Create apps that incorporate large language models and AI capabilities
• Own full lifecycle of Applied AI systems from prototype to production
• Identify high-leverage AI opportunities from users' problems
• Architect production AI systems focusing on reliability and safety
• Build evaluation frameworks and AI observability/monitoring
• Stay updated with evolving AI technologies and best practices
