You will own AI capabilities from prototype to production, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or scientific discipline; OR 2+ years of professional software experience
• 1+ years of experience in full stack development
• Hands-on experience evaluating, deploying, and integrating AI models into production systems
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end AI products or production AI-powered features
• Strong foundation in production systems design and clean, maintainable code

Responsibilities

• Develop reliable software solutions used across the company, including AI-powered applications
• Create applications leveraging large language models and agentic systems
• Own full lifecycle of Applied AI systems from prototype to production
• Identify AI opportunities by analyzing user problems and deliver production-ready solutions
• Architect production systems for agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration, and advanced retrieval
• Build evaluation frameworks and AI observability for quality, safety, and cost
• Stay current with AI tech and integrate best practices into production systems
