You will work on autograder research, training and adoption, refine rubrics and prompts, and collaborate with MLEs and feature teams to deploy scalable autograding solutions in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Master or PhD in CS/ML/AI or related field.
• Deep understanding of visual-language models.
• Familiarity with image quality assessment metrics and rubric design.
• Proficiency in Python and production-ready code.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop autograders to score image output quality at scale.
• Refine grading rubrics, prompts, and gold annotation sets.
• Experiment with prompt tuning and fine-tuning for VLMs.
• Collaborate with MLEs and feature teams on deployment and adoption.
• Design analysis to measure Autograder quality and performance.
