Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (computer science, information systems, education, business, instructional design, or related).
3+ years designing, developing, and delivering professional education or workforce training for adults.
Experience using generative AI technologies in professional or educational settings.
Experience teaching AI, digital transformation, technology, data, or related topics.
Experience designing curriculum, workshops, and customized learning solutions for organizations.

Responsibilities

Conduct needs assessments with employers and campus partners to identify workforce needs.
Design and teach AI workshops, courses, and customized training online, hybrid, and in-person.
Deliver applied instruction on generative AI, prompt engineering, AI literacy, responsible AI, and workflow automation.
Develop, evaluate, and improve AI curriculum based on feedback.
Expand AI at Work micro-credential and create offerings aligned with workforce needs.
