Silimate (YC S23) seeks software interns to build AI-native tooling and agent-driven workflows for chip design. This in-person role in Mountain View offers hands-on experience on Python and C++ projects and potential transition to a full-time position.

You will ship high-quality code, work closely with founders, and collaborate with tooling partners to accelerate product growth in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Available for 15-40 hours/week in-person in Mountain View, CA
• Strong at writing/shipping high-quality code (Python/C++) quickly
• Basic VLSI experience (coursework or projects)
• Adaptive, data-driven, and works from first principles

We’re hiring software interns with strong applied AI + coding skills to build/ship our AI-native tools and agent-driven workflows for chip design.

This is an in-person role at our Mountain View office, and can be either part-time or full-time effective immediately.

This may transition into a full-time role.
