Job summary

BOI seeks a Full-Stack Engineer to design and build products that put AI in front of real users. You’ll own the full stack—from architecture to deployment—integrating AI models and retrieval systems into customer-facing apps.

You’ll thrive in a consulting environment, delivering production web apps with Python back-ends (FastAPI or similar), React/TypeScript front-ends, and robust data pipelines. Emphasis on performance, cost, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience shipping production web applications.
• Background in computer science, math, physics, engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong across the stack: Python backend, React frontend (TypeScript).
• Experience with relational databases and integration work.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and ship products that wrap AI capabilities into usable user-facing applications.
• Build responsive front-ends, scalable back-end services, and data pipelines between components.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate models, agents, and retrieval systems.
• Own testing, observability, and feedback loops; engage with clients from scoping to delivery.
