Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, machine learning, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with modern tech stacks.
• 7+ years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise solutions on cloud-native stacks.
• 5+ years building AI/ML and agentic applications with GenAI experience.
• 2+ years leading engineering standards and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Craft a strategic vision for Applied AI engineering across enterprise solutions.
• Advocate for and implement an integrated AI strategy and roadmap.
• Define and evolve reference architectures, standards, and AI/ML/GenAI SSDLC.
• Mentor engineers and cultivate emerging leaders across teams.
• Drive iterative value delivery with lean practices and measurable outcomes.
• Communicate trade-offs and align engineering with business goals.
