Qualifications

• BS in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer-facing AI/ML work.
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to design and deploy Gen AI and ML solutions.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and tooling.
• Create augmented real-world datasets and evaluation workflows.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to map needs to capabilities.
• Lead stakeholder education on AI capabilities.
