Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their entire product journey—from onboarding to production and post-launch support.
• Build demos and prototypes to showcase how AssemblyAI's models solve specific use cases.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and design optimal implementations with prospects and customers.
• Troubleshoot production issues for customers using streaming and async APIs, debugging code as needed.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture, scaling, and data privacy.
