Job summary

Robson Bale Ltd, a prominent New York-based technology group, is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to design and deploy production-grade AI solutions. You'll work with engineering, data and business teams to move AI initiatives from concept to production, building scalable APIs, data pipelines and robust models that deliver real business impact.

Hands-on experience with Generative AI and vector databases is valued, and the successful candidate will help establish best practices for applied AI

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with Python as a preferred language.
• Commercial experience building AI/ML solutions for production.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Experience taking AI solutions beyond prototypes into production.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud environments and modern development practices.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases or AI agents is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on building and deploying production‑grade AI solutions that solve real business problems. You’ll work closely with engineering, data and business teams to take AI initiatives from concept through to production.
