Job summary

The Marvin Group seeks a hands-on AI Application Developer to rapidly prototype, build, and ship AI-enabled internal applications. You will work directly with users and engineers to turn workflow needs into practical software, improving solutions with feedback and measurable results.

This role focuses on production delivery of AI-enabled tools, agents, integrations, and automations, leveraging Python/TypeScript, REST APIs, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
• 2+ years hands-on software development
• 1+ year hands-on experience with generative AI/LLMs in real applications
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript; APIs/HTML/CSS basics
• Experience with SQL and deployment workflows
• Ability to evaluate nondeterministic AI behavior and communicate tradeoffs
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code / OpenAI Codex
• Experience integrating apps with APIs, databases, cloud services

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain AI-enabled applications and internal tools.
• Work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities for AI solutions.
• Translate requirements into technical architectures and production systems.
• Prototype rapidly and validate with users; deliver production-ready apps.
• Ensure security, authentication, logging, monitoring, and data protection.
