You’ll bridge research and production, sourcing from open-source and vendors, and deploying models to impact millions of lives. The role blends research and production, focusing on scalable, ethical AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in machine learning and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with model training, fine-tuning, and validation for classification/regression tasks.
• Experience with OCR / document understanding and LLM-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Experiment & build ML models and LLMs for government-related use cases.
• Apply AI to OCR, document parsing, and classification to streamline services.
• Source, adapt, and operationalize models from open-source and vendor ecosystems.
• Improve automation and system performance across the platform.
