Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program internship focuses on AI-native talent across the AI agent space. As an Applied AI Agent Engineer intern, you will work with full-time engineers on agent workflows, tool integrations, and production systems from day one. You will own deliverables, run experiments, and ship impactful code.

This 6-month, full-time internship is designed for early-career talent to build practical systems and gain networking opportunities within a leading blockchain ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Expected graduation 2026 or 2027
• Solid programming skills in Python or Java; familiarity with backend engineering preferred

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of AI agent workflows and LLM-powered components
• Build and test prompt strategies, retrieval flows, and tool-use logic
• Assist in defining evaluation metrics, benchmarks and failure analyses
• Improve system performance in quality, latency, reliability, safety and cost
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate development
• Collaborate with engineers to understand production AI systems
• Contribute to backend services, APIs, or lightweight UIs when needed
