Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is an internship for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in digital assets. You will work on backend and full-stack features, collaborate with senior engineers, and contribute to testing, deployment, and AI/LLM initiatives.

Current university students or recent graduates are invited, with a commitment of at least 6 months, 5 days per week, and potential for networking and professional development within a global crypto ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, AI, or related field.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OOD, design patterns, coding best practices.
• Proficient in Python; knowledge of Java/Go/TypeScript/JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiar with Git, Linux, debugging, testing (unit/integration), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and RESTful APIs.
• Some AI/LLM project or internship experience is sufficient (prompt engineering, RAG, vector DBs).
• Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, and ability to learn quickly.
• Commit to at least 6 months, 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to backend and/or full-stack feature development and release for core products.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on module design, APIs, system integration, and deployment.
• Write and maintain automated tests and CI/CD configurations.
• Support deployment of AI/LLM capabilities, integrate LLM APIs, and build basic RAG pipelines.
• Help build datasets and benchmarks, track performance, and assist debugging.
• Produce technical documentation and communicate across teams.
