You will analyze electrical circuits and programmable software functions, manage escalations, and draft modifications to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering is required.
• Experience drafting wiring diagrams.
• Proficient in reading technical specifications.
• Proficient in power electronics and programmable logic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot field-deployed products used by installing contractors.
• Understand electrical circuits and programmable software functions.
• Manage escalation, provide quotes, engineer modifications to resolve issues promptly.
• Prioritize and manage multiple open issues.
• Follow engineering practices and design standards; proficiency in circuit analysis and AutoCAD.
