Job summary

Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Responsible for troubleshooting the products deployed in the field used by installing contractors. Have a deep understanding of electrical circuits and programable software functions. Manage escalation, provide accurate quotes, and engineer and draft modifications, to ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion. An ASE must be able to prioritize and manage multiple open issues. Follow best engineering practices and design standards. Requires proficiency in electronic circuit analysis and AutoCAD.
