Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT application management and service delivery experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience collaborating with global, virtual teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, VB.Net, or MSSQL.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies and platforms such as Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recommend, and implement application technologies and IT solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
• Support application design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with architects, application managers, and business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.
• Manage and support the full application lifecycle, from requirements gathering through production deployment.
• Provide application support and resolve issues to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Deliver user training and enable adoption of new tools and processes.
• Maintain and manage application records and data within ServiceNow CMDB.
• Ensure compliance with application governance standards and cybersecurity requirements.
