This role ensures high-quality delivery through agile facilitation, while also mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of employees and contractors. The manager plays a key role in modernizing legacy systems and improving software reliability, performance, and maintainability.## Key Focus Areas* Provide hands-on technical leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team development.* Drive agile delivery practices to ensure timely issue resolution and software enhancement delivery.* Lead efforts to modernize systems and improve software performance, scalability, and maintainability.* Manage performance, hiring, onboarding, and contractor oversight.* Build collaborative partnerships across development, business, and vendor teams.* Maintain high standards of system documentation and support process consistency.## Foundational ExperienceThis role requires a seasoned technical leader with hands-on experience in software support and development, particularly in Microsoft technologies.
