Applications Programming Analyst (Edina, MN)

• May telecommute
• Analyze applications for functionality and configure according to business requirements
• Provide technical architecture strategy and guidance for Salesforce rollouts, and assist with design for adoption strategy
• Convert applications from Salesforce Classic to Lightning
• Develop triggers, Apex classes, and Visualforce pages as part of Salesforce application development
• Create rich user interfaces
• Reengineer APEX code to optimize trigger-based transactions for performance and speed
• Customize reports and dashboards to meet business needs
• Perform unit and regression testing
• Manage various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, requirement engineering, architecture design, development, deployment, and maintenance

Schedule: 40 hrs/wk

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technologies

Prior experience must include:

• 6 years of experience analyzing applications for functionality and configuring according to business requirements
• 6 years of experience providing technical architecture strategy and guidance for Salesforce rollouts, and assisting with design for adoption strategy
• 6 years of experience converting applications from Salesforce Classic to Lightning
• 6 years of experience developing rich user interfaces
• 6 years of experience reengineering APEX code to optimize trigger-based transactions for performance and speed
• 6 years of experience customizing reports and dashboards to meet business needs
• 6 years of experience performing unit and regression testing
• 6 years of experience with various stages of SDLC including analysis, requirement engineering, architecture design, development, deployment, and maintenance of standalone applications
• 6 years of experience with Salesforce, Lightning Application, Apex Language, Visualforce Pages, Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Indexes, Locks, Web Services, Components, Tabs, Apex Web Services, Custom Objects, Reports, Analytic Snapshots, Aura Framework, Aura Attributes, Aura Handlers, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, SOQL, SOSL, and Web Services
