Role Overview: Do you have experience in business system implementation and want to work for a company that positively impacts lives? As the Senior Analyst for Applications Programming, you will be responsible for new initiatives, enhancements to systems, and acting as a technical project lead. This role is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with business team members to understand requirements, analyze, design, and develop technical solutions on the SaaS platform.
2. Review work requests, provide estimates and schedules.
3. Configure and administer SaaS-based business applications.
4. Design, implement, and test solutions using appropriate tools in collaboration with Enterprise Architect and Development Manager.
5. Develop and support integration with other systems and databases.
6. Follow the corporate system development lifecycle, standards, and policies.
7. Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, validation rules, and workflows.
8. Design and configure application security.
9. Recommend APIs based on data and application structure.
10. Perform test-based development within project tools.
11. Support production applications, respond to service desk requests, and track issues.
12. Upgrade business systems, support SQL, Access, and ASP.NET applications.
13. Work with business and IT teams to resolve software issues and develop solutions.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Seven years of experience in business systems implementation, including custom and vendor-supported technology projects.
3. Strong communication skills, ability to facilitate meetings remotely and in person.
4. Experience with web technologies, programming languages, frameworks, relational databases, data modeling, integration, workflow, SOA, CRM, and cloud technologies.
5. Proficiency in object-oriented programming for server-side applications.
6. Knowledge of design patterns, report development, source code management, continuous integration, and enterprise integration solutions.
