Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in managing software development personnel.
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree; major in CS or MIS preferred.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Ability to plan, assign, and supervise work across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project managers and staff, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee production systems maintenance and software development projects.
• Coordinate software projects per SDLC using Agile and Waterfall methods.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and standards; prepare management reports.
• Lead cross-functional teams and participate in scrum activities to deliver solutions.
• Support disaster recovery and Continuity of Operations as needed.
